Clint Bussey's Solo Album Just Dropped!

I finally released my solo album! It has 9 songs that I recorded over a span of 15 years. I usually had a band I was working on and lots of other projects, so the solo thing was always on the back burner. In the last 4 or 5 years though I decided to put a lot of energy and focus on my solo stuff. I started recording songs on my own and made a 5-song demo that included 2 songs recorded by a friend of mine in Asheville, NC.

At the beginning of 2025 I recorded "Forest of Distractions" and shortly after that the song "Me?" I took a lot of time mixing these and overthinking how I wanted them to sound. I finally released "Forest of Distractions" on Distrokid and thus Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, etc. I never released "Me?" on those platforms. I plan on doing that soon.

By October 2025 I thought I had enough material to release an album and scoured my computers for old recordings that would make sense on a solo album. I made my track list and then made art for the release which includes a physical CD. Currently the CD has all 9 songs. Getting my CD is the only way presently to hear the whole album. Just like back in the day.
